Thank you for the excellent experience purchasing and servicing my new 2010 CVO Electra-Glide. I drove hours out of my way to purchase this new bike at your dealership after visiting 4 other dealers in the Bay area. This is my 15th. motorcycle, my 5th. Harley-Davidson. I’ve done business with a few dealers over the years and the Eagle’s Nest team did an outstanding job of earning my business.
First, Hans and I spent many phone calls discussing my needs and putting the deal together. Hans is a very honest and knowledgeable representative. We actually put the deal together over the phone and did it all on a handshake. When my wife and I arrived to close the deal, Hans reviewed everything with us in detail and made sure all promises were kept. During the actual purchase, there was not a single wrinkle. (Except, I think my wife has a little crush on Hans). It’s a pleasure doing business with a gentleman. Your finance team did an excellent job of securing us the best finance deal possible.
The Eagle’s Nest service department did an outstanding job setting the bike up exactly the way we wanted it. One example is the detachable Tour-Pak I wanted. Due to the amount of electronics on this bike, it was a very technical installation requiring some customized mounting parts and difficult rewiring. The job was done beautifully!
I also would like to compliment Cruz in your parts department on his knowledge of H-D parts and accessories. I purchased a ton of extras and Cruz spent over an hour advising me and helping me select the right options. He really knows his stuff and is just a great guy to work with. Thanks.
All in all, this was the very best dealer experience I have ever had. It’s really the people that make a business successful. Eagle’s Nest people are far and away outstanding. "I called Eagles Nest a few days prior to my visit and talked to a sales person for a little information. On Saturday I arrived to find the largest showroom of bikes I have ever been in. I knew what I wanted from my weeks of research and by using the available HD customizer program. Huy (Wii) meet me and took me over to see the exact bike I wanted, an 09 Softail Custom in Red Hot Sun Glow. Huy answered my questions and provided me additional information about the bike I wasn’t aware of. After a test ride I had him put my name on it for pickup the next day. "We ended up in Lathrop due to that informercial 99down or 49 month. I called my sister and told her what I saw and she was on her way up so we could head to see what we could find. Our sales person was Angel who was the best let us try everything we could think of, who knew we would both walk out with 2008 big boy toys. Talk about a state of shock. Buying a bike and not really knowing how to ride so Angle had our bikes delivered to Fairfield and Richmond. With there being a HD dealership less then 10 min away I choose to head to Lathrop. The girls up stairs and great too lets just say the whole staff is great. Big ups to Angel and the ladies up stairs. Eagles Nest is the Best."

"I had my 2004 Road King Classic stolen in Feb of this year, what a bummer I still cry today. But once my insurance settlement came through I went over to the Eagles Nest and meet Mike and Z in sales. I was treated with respect and NO pressure. I rode off on a 2008 Street Glide. "I've just enrolled in a motorcycle riding training course and was shopping for the gear necessary for the class. When we drove up, my jaw dropped at all the beautiful bikes sitting out front. Then we walked inside. Heaven! Louie directed us upstairs for my gloves, helmet, and boots. I can't remember the name of the young man who assisted me, but he was outstanding and helped me to select the accessories I needed - and they all fit the first try! Then we headed downstairs so I could drool over the bikes. I've been riding as a passenger since I was 14; now that I'm 50, it's high time I learned how to ride myself. I was going to buy a Vespa (okay, I can hear the laughter), but when I saw a Sportster Deluxe sitting there and Louie showed me the purple it came in, I fell in love! As soon as my T-Bird sells, I'm heading over to Eagle's Nest and buying myself that bike. I'm also taking their riding course instead of the one I signed up for. There was no pressure, I felt very comfortable, and can't wait to trick out my new bike (and myself!) with all that sweet-smelling leather.

"Many Many thanks to Christina, Maggie and Allyha (I am sorry even though I asked how to spell her name I still get it wrong), what started as just a browsing of different Harley shops to see what was out their and what I could afford, I ended up buy a 2008 cross bones, I previous had an 03 Heritage Springer. Of the many Harley shops I email, Christina ant Eagles’ nest was only one of two who responded but she was the only one that continued to respond to my numerous questions. I told her what my financial situation was and what I was looking for and how much, I was concern about monthly payment, type of bike and colors. Being a die heart Raider fan, I informed Christina that only certain colors would due. Because of Christina’s diligent and tireless effort, I was able to obtain an Official Oakland Raiders designed by authorized by the Oakland raiders specifically for Eagles nest Harley Davidson 2008 cross bones. She kept her promises and did not try to steer my into something else once I arrived at the dealership. Once their Maggie became involved and as a team they were able to comply with all my needs and even though I took my children with me, this dealership pretty much let them look around with out harassing them, like other places. On my final day of sign all the paperwork, Maggie and Allyha, Allyha being the final trio of the team was as helpful at her partners in crime. Lets we not forget Z, with all his excitement and a strong thank you for making the financing part of this deal , a hassle free experience.

I am sooo happy and impressed by my new Tri Glide that Eagle's Nest worked so hard to help me get. I'm sure they would be just as helpful with any bike you are interested in! But I would really like to recommend the Tri Glide to anyone who feels they would be more comfortable on three wheels, whether it be because they are vertically challenged (like me) or they just do not have the strength to hold up a 500 pound bike for whatever reason! There are waiting lists all over the state with Tri Glides already held with deposits, I was just lucky to have talked the great people at Eagle's Nest who made it possible for me to have one now, no one has even seen them yet, here in CA. I suggest if you think you would like a trike, Definitely consider one of these, Did I say it was Amazing?
Along, with excellent handling for a trike and awesome power, it also has several added features to make this the Cadillac of bikes! Check it out!
I just wanted to give a trike rider’s perspective on the new Tri Glide. I could go on and on, but I hope this is enough to get the word out!

My problem has been the Parts department each time. I did not receive any calls when my special ordered parts arrived in store as I was told I would. When my husband called to check if they were in, after sitting on hold for 10 minutes, ended up being hung up on. During our most recent visit we did have the pleasure of working with Chris in Parts. "I traded in my 2007 Victory Hammer S for a 2008 Street Glide. I must say the whole experience was awsome. My wife and I were shown around the place ( which was impressive! We sat in the big screen room and watched football while our deal was hammered out. We were there all day on Sunday shopping for clothes and parts for bike. The place has a warm feeling to it and the friendly service is unmatched in my opinion. I returned 500 miles later for the oil change and some extra work. Riding through the automatic door to service is a very original idea and classy to boot! I will keep coming back it was a fond memory to do business with Eagles Nest. "Had the 30,000 mile service done by your service department. They said they found the primary drain plug stripped. They also said who ever did the work before had to have done it. This would have been Santa Cruz Harley. So because of someone else's mistake I had to pay an extra $475.20. And no, I did not do it myself."

"Bought my Dyna Glide 2005 Lowrider 3 weeks ago (New 2005) as a commuter bike.
Best move I could of made. The bike (now over 2000 miles) is a very comfortable ride indeed. Nimble as a fox and gets through traffic easily. Although, I still have yet been able to get close to that 50MPG! ... More like 37-44MPG depending on how far you twist your wrist!
When asked on how is my ride From Stockton to Fremont every day ...
I just smile and say "Its like a 150 miles of Great Sex every day on a vibrating Lawn Chair!"
My only complaint ... Speed bumps! The bike sits so low that every time I go over them ... I scrape the underside. Every time I here that scaping sound, its as if someone ripped at my heart with a salad fork!
This is my 6th bike and my FIRST Harley! ... I'll never ride another rice burner again!"
